In this session, the speakers will describe the challenges that external quality assessment systems faced during the pandemic, and how the systems were redesigned to achieve the ultimate purpose of supporting healthcare organizations in maintaining and improving the quality of services and ensure the person safety in such crisis, and what will be the role of those systems including regulatory systems in building resilient organizations moving forward.
