The pandemic remains ongoing and health systems’ responsibilities and functions continue to evolve in response to public health needs—including most recently for COVID-19 vaccination campaigns – therefore what success stories can we learn from, and what risks do we need to continue to monitor and address.

Specific attention will be given to the importance to co-create services, and the impact on the gains in higher quality, safer, more appropriate, effective, and efficient care.
