
Hala Jassim AlMossawi
Hala Jassim AlMossawi, BDS, MSc, MSHCA is a public health specialist, published expert on infectious diseases and a certified Master Trainer. Dr. AlMossawi has over 24 years of experience in public health, business development, program design and management. Dr. AlMossawi currently serves as Vice President for Program Implementation and Business Development at University Research Co., LLC and as Corporate Monitor of USAID health projects in the Asia and MENA regions including TB project, Community-based drug rehabilitation project, HSS, RMNCH/Family Planning and Malaria Projects. She has worked at USAID/W as a Senior TB/HIV Advisor supporting PEPFAR USAID countries in Africa. Dr AlMossawi has provided leadership for TB, HIV, Global Health Security, BCC, MCH, program evaluations, malaria, FP/RH, HSS, among others. She is an American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) designated Master Trainer and holds Master Training Program (MTP) and Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certificates from ASTD. Dr. AlMossawi holds a Strategic Planning Expert level certificate. She has provided technical and management leadership to many projects in over 20 countries Africa, Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East among others.
