Janet Yon, MSN, RN (2019) is Director, Clinic Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the clinical operational efficiency and quality of clinic services at all clinic sites. She leads and facilitates key process improvements in patient access measures, clinic flow, population-based quality improvement, and patient experience. This role is also responsible for ensuring clinics are compliant with state and federal laws and regulatory standards, including preparation for licensing inspections. Ms. Yon was previously Clinic Director of the Fred Weisman Americares Free Clinic of Bridgeport. Prior to that, she was an administrative manager with Bridgeport Hospital, a Nurse Manager for a private practice in Westport, and an Emergency Department nurse. Ms. Yon also has a previous career in Finance and holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland, European Division, England.  Currently she is pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis in Executive Nursing at Sacred Heart University, Connecticut.
