38 years of rich experience leading to becoming and entrepreneur with focus on patient safety and nurse empowerment. Currently involved in nurse leadership development, nursing administration, nursing audits, risk management, infection prevention, critical care training and in studies to make learning relevant and immediately applicable on job. Working on various consulting and virtual course designs. Certified in High Fidelity Simulation, Green Six Sigma, Distinguished Instructor, and Master Trainer.
Patient safety is her passion and everything that will enable a nurse to deliver safer care is a compulsion for her. Developing nurses delivering patient centric, safe, and intelligent care is her mission. She believes that nurses with confidence in decision making based on critical thinking, amplified with great communication skills will uplift the image of nurses and nursing in India
