A Quality and Patient safety professional with more than 15 years experience in Nursing, Regulatory compliance, Accreditations sytems and Quality management systems: specifically, Joint Commission International Standards (JCIA), ISQua and Excellence programs (EFQM, DGEP, SKEA, DQA and SEEA).

Experience:

Senior Manager, Quality Improvement Department of the regulation arm of Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA). The regulation department of DHCA aims at improving the quality of health care services in the free zone. Responsible for overall management of accreditation and certification survey processes and surveyors management. Additionally, responsible for the planning, organizing, and improving the DHCR standards development. More than 15 years’ experience in health care industry and has been extensively involved in healthcare quality and accreditation.
