Nael Soudi is the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) at MedLabs Consultancy Group, leading all projects related to accreditations, continuous quality improvement and consulting, also ensuring the adoption, implementation, observance and continuous compliance with the international standards of excellence in the areas of Quality & Safety at all MedLabs Laboratories (Jordan & Regional).
Mr. Nael Soudi holds a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in USA, a postgraduate degree in Cytotechnology and a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University in USA. Mr. Soudi is a certified professional in health care quality (CPHQ), a certified consultant and inspector with the Healthcare Accreditation Council (HCAC), a certified College of American Pathologist (CAP) inspector and is also board certified by the International Academy of Cytology (IAC) and the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) - Cytology.
Over 30 years of experience in healthcare services, particularly Medical Lab Services, Healthcare Quality & Accreditation, also specialized in Cytology.

Mr. Soudi is a frequent presenter at regional and international conferences discussing topics in cytology, leadership, accreditation and healthcare quality.

Dr. Haitham Doweri was appointed as Director of crisis management Director at MOH on 24 June, 2020. Dr.Haetham has made a substantial, positive contribution to the development and improvement of Jordanian’s health system, which has witnessed qualitative improvements in recent years, particularly in areas such as Quality , patient safety and risk management.
A Consultant in public health, He was Head of Emergency Department at MOH hospital from 2002 to 2005. In 2013 assigned as Head of standard development department until 2016, followed by Director of Quality improvement until 2017. later becoming Director of Institutional Development & Quality Control at the Ministry of Health. Dr Doweri has also worked as a consultant in community medicine since 2013

M. Rashad Massoud is a physician internist and public health specialist internationally recognized for his leadership in global health care improvement. He is Senior Vice President and Chief Program Officer at Americares. Formerly Chief Medical and Quality Officer and Senior Vice President of at University Research Co., LLC where he directed USAID’s ASSIST and HCI Projects. He is an Inaugural Member of ISQua’s Quality Academy, and former President of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Alumni Association.
Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ain Shams University
Sabry Hamza is a professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology with 32 years of Ob/Gyn experience and 22 years of senior-level experience as a reproductive health/safe motherhood advisor to development projects and international organizations. Other relevant areas of expertise include project management, capacity building, needs assessments, designing and implementing competency-based training programs, and health care quality management.
As director of predecessor USAID-funded health projects in Egypt and Jordan, he assisted the Ministry of Health and other key public and private health sector organizations in designing and implementing sustainable programs to improve access to and quality of reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health (RMNCH+) services for women of reproductive age and children under 5.
Prof. Hamza also led the design and implementation of Egypt’s and Jordan’s Maternal Mortality Surveillance and Response Systems to help eliminate preventable maternal deaths.
Prof. Hamza has many publications and scientific research papers on maternal health, use of low-cost technologies to reduce maternal mortality, in addition to family planning/reproductive health service delivery.

Master degree in total quality management, CPHQ, Certified Innovation Master, achieved many successes as Team leader in innovation prize achieving first rank on all public sectors. Team leader in preparing King Hussain Medical Center for King Abdulla II prize achieving the first rank on all health sector for 2 circle; the bronze level.
